Three Levels of Control in ReachWell

1. Network Admin (Full Control)

• Manages everything across the organization
• Can add, update, or remove channel and group admins
• Has visibility and control over all messages (channels + groups)

2. Channel Admin (Scoped Control)

• Manages a specific channel
• Can create, update, and archive:
• Their own messages
• Group admins within their channel
• Messages from those group admins

3. Group Admin (Limited Control)

• Can create, update, and archive their own messages only
• Can see messages from other group admins within the same group (but not edit them)
